Terms & Conditions

In regards to the following Terms and Conditions, Parties Complete shall be referred to as "the company" and

The client wishing to hire equipment or structures shall be referred to as "the hirer".

Payment (I)
(1.1) All deposit payments should be paid in the following form, Cheque or Paypal Payment, however the remainder of payment(s) will need to be paid by Cash (preferred), Cheque or Paypal Payment. If hirer chooses to pay by cheque please note that cheque will need to be paid and cleared in full by the date of hire, this method is due to security precautions’. Cash can be paid on the day of Hire or on collection. Paypal Payments can be paid no later than the date of hire to info@partiescomplete.co.uk

Damages (II)
(2.1) Any damages caused to the structure or equipment whilst in ‘the hirers’ possession will need to be repaired, if damages are non-repairable they will need to be replaced at ‘the hirers’ expense, this also goes for missing or lost equipment which will need replacing.

(2.2) ‘The company’ reserve the right to charge an additional 5% per week for any unpaid charges. A product price list can be obtained by ‘the hirer’ upon request. Payments must be made by cash, cheque or Paypal.

Damage Waiver (III)
(3.1) ‘The Hirer’ has the opportunity to cover themselves if they opt for the Damage Waiver option. This cover can only be accessed prior to the booking not after and will only cover accidental damages. (3.2) The cost for this cover will be 50% of the total booking price providing a valid reason for damage is given. This will cover both Structure & Equipment.

Cancellation (IV)
(4.1) Deposits paid will be forfeit In the event of a cancelation; this only applies if cancelation is made within two weeks of the hire date.

(4.2) ‘The Company’ reserves the right to cancel and refund deposits in the event of extreme weather condition i.e. heavy gusted winds; this will be for the safety of all concerned.

Hirers Sole Responsibility (V)
(5.1) As ‘The Hirer’ is solely responsible for anything that happens within the structure the following will need to be adhered to.

I. The workspace for company to erect structure should be clean and free from any animal litter.
II. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside the structure at anytime
III. When flooring is hired by ‘the hirer’ please bare in mind that we strongly do not recommend the use of sharp heeled shoes i.e. High Heels as this could cause damage especially when laid on grass.

IV. ‘The Hirer’ Must make sure the structure is not over crowded at anytime, please refer to website for recommended bodies in structure at any one time as this could resort into being a safety hazard.

V. ‘The Hirer’ or anyone besides ‘The Company’ should not enter the structure whilst setup is in progress
VI. ‘The Hirer’ must make sure fixtures and fittings are not to be tampered with at any time.
VII. ‘The Hirer’ must not use any heating, cooking (including B.B.Q), and electrical appliances inside the structure at any time unless in writing to ‘The Company’
